Terms of Use

Effective 3 November 2026

Veresimo is made by Kolay Hayat. By downloading and using the app you accept these terms. On iPhone, Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies.

The app

Veresimo is a bookkeeping tool for keeping a business's credit, cash, stock and similar records. Records are stored only on your phone; there is no account or server.

Free features and Veresimo Pro

  • The credit book, WhatsApp reminders, PDF statements, daily cash and backups are free.
  • Other features are unlocked with a Veresimo Pro subscription, monthly or yearly. You see the price in the app and in the store before you buy.
  • The App Store or Google Play takes the payment. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period under the store's rules; on iPhone it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancellations and refunds go through the store: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refund requests follow Apple's or Google's rules.
  • If Pro ends, your records are not deleted; free features stay on and you can always make a backup.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for backing them up. If your phone is lost or broken and you have no exported backup, the records cannot be recovered, because we hold no copy.
  • You are the data controller for the customer, supplier and staff details you write in your book, and you are responsible for using them lawfully.
  • Record-keeping and filing obligations under tax law remain yours.
  • You may not use the app for unlawful purposes.

Tax and accounting

The VAT report and other figures are estimates and do not replace an accountant's advice. File your returns from your official records.

Limitation of liability

We build the app with care but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits arising from using or being unable to use the app. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new text on this page and update the effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can also exercise your statutory rights before the consumer bodies and courts of your own country.
